The
history of Millennium Disk Company
1) In July 1997, at huanghe river road
of high tech developing area in shijiazhuang city our company registered
and established. Now, the registered fund is 25,500 thousand RMB.
The main stock is controlled by HeBei general publishing company,
and shared by HeBei people¡¯s publishing company, HeBei science and
technology publishing company, FangYuan phenotype and videotape publishing
company and huashan literature and art publishing company.
2) In July 1999 the company came into
existence formally. In that time, there was only one national single
head ·£Ã»CD production line. In November, the company put into production
formally, and got 63.0 thousand RMB profits, turned in income tax
34.0 thousand RMB in the same year.
3) At the beginning of 2000, we report
to the national news bureau 4 sub-disk production line, 1 mother disk
production line and 6 CD-R production lines.
4) From 2000 to 2002, we invest more
than 70,000 thousand RMB in succession introducing 6 double-head disk
production line, and 1 offset point machine from Germany, reached
a production scale of 1 mother disk production line, 1 set of image
compressing equipment, 7 copying production line consist of 13 heads,
4 silk-screen machine and 1 offset point machine. The production capacity
reached to producing 260 thousand disks of all kinds.
5) In 2001, we passed the authentication
of ISO9002 international quality system, and carried out the environment
system authentication in the same year.
6) In 2001, we invested 2,000 thousand
RMB to establish HeBei publishing foreign trade company together with
HeBei publishing company, and we took 20% stocks.
7) In 2002, we invested 900 thousand
RMB to establish HeBei xinlihua phenotype and videotape company together
with shijiazhuang lihua Emporium Company limited, and we take 50%
stocks.
8) In 2003, we followed the advice of
beida zongheng management consulting company, evaluate and diagnose
our company completely and established human resources department
and enterprise design department, adjust part of the middle managers.
9) In august 2003, we reformed the organization,
cancelled office, enterprise design department, technical department,
quality department, operation department, and established administration
department, quality management department and market distribution
department.
10) In October 2003, the quality system
is changed and carried out ¡°quality propagandizing month¡± movement.
11) In December 2003, we gained the
ISO9001: 2000 ¡¶certificate of quality management system authentication¡·£¬which
is awarded by quality assurance center of china quality association.
12) In February 2004, we has successfully
completed the expiration and annual check of the leadership by HeBei
news publishing group.
