Management logos: rational, benefits, safety, mutual developing

          As the management logos of the company, ¡°rational, benefits, safety, developing together¡± is a unitary concept, ¡°rational¡± is the basement, ¡°benefits¡± is the aim, ¡°safety¡± is the insurance and ¡°mutual developing¡± is aiming for both benefits.
          With the guidance of these logos, we acquired quiet great progress although the company came into existence less than 5 years. From the initial one ·£Ã»CD production line to total assets 131,300 thousand RMB, total area 18284©O, possess of 1 mother disk production line, 1 set of picture compressing equipment, 7 copying lines consist of 13 heads, 4 silk-screen machines, 2 offset point machines, and a production scale of daily producing CD¡¢CD-ROM¡¢VCD¡¢DVD and such like 260 thousand disks and 60 mother disks; From only producing CD to be capable of making CD¡¢CD-ROM¡¢VCD¡¢DVD mother disks and copying sub disks, provide image compressing making mother disks copying sub disks printing packaging streamline services; From 1999 63 thousand RMB profits to 2003 up to almost 10000 thousand RMB; from the start 21 employees to the end of 2003 173 employees. We can say that each step of developing is the result of rational decision of the personnel. And all that we have done are in pursuit of logos; it is not only because of the honors it brings but also because it is benefit for us.
          With the guidance of these logos, we purchased ground planet take-over system to train the personnel, provide reeducation chances for the employees. In order to relax the personnel and give them chance to have rest and amusement after work, we spent money in establishing ¡°employee¡¯s family¡±, bought some exercise instruments for good health. In order to keep the employee healthy both in body and in mind, we spend several ten thousand RMB in doing body checking. In order to provide a place for the employees to walk out for a rest and do some exercises when they are tired, we build a garden for them. In order to provide a lough of edifying sentiment and studying, we established a small library. All these we have done is because we believe that ¡°it¡¯s better to grow millet for one year, it¡¯s better to grow trees for ten years and it¡¯s better to educate people for hundreds of years¡±. ¡°Security¡± is not only referring to production security and personal security, but also mainly referring to the occupational career security, and further more, only in that assurance of occupational career security can realize the developing of both the employees and the company.
         From the start of establishing, look for customers difficultly, to now we have more than two hundreds of long contact relationship excellent customers including simens, huawei, Beijing zoo etc (even in the difficult period of SARS, we still together hand in hand). We carried out technical innovation, enhancing management of quality, saving energy and reducing consumption and such like activities to provide competitive products of better quality and low price to the customers, then developed together. The mutual developing is realized.
