Quality
policy: keep products improving and servicing forever
¡°Quality¡± in HeBei
Millennium Disk co., Ltd is n ot
only referring to products quality, but also the
personnel culture. If you come into our company, there are gardens
and flat clean roads elaborately designed except the workshops
and office buildings. The raw material warehouse, workshop and finished
product warehouse together organically become a closed and integrated
space in the capacious workshop, accordingly, this can prevent the
cross contamination of intermediates effectively, and provide a excellent
exterior environment for the production of high quality products.
On hardware,
we introduce advanced production and analytical equipments from Germany
and Japan. In management,  from
start, we established quality check department to control the quality
strictly. In December 2003, we completed the authentication
work of ISO9001:2000 quality system. From the purchase of raw material,
to production and distribution, every step is under the control of
management system strictly, so the quality of products is ensured.
There are 22 auditors, and 68.8% personnel are college graduated.
And furthermore, according to each different post, we organize all
kinds of training perennially in order to improve the skill of the
workers and ensure the quality of products and services.
